aperochill.ch organise la livraison à domicile de produits de qualité, elle est exécutée par HOP delivery. La satisfaction de nos clients est notre première priorité et nous voulons vous apporter un service irréprochable.
aperochill.ch estime que les informations données sur les produits (par ex. description du produit, poids) sont correctes.
Comme pour tout produit alimentaire, le consommateur est cependant prié de vérifier de possibles contre-indications avant absorption (par ex. en cas d’allergies).
En s’inscrivant sur le site aperochill.ch , le client consent tacitement à recevoir des informations de nature publicitaire ou autre de la part de aperochill.ch, via différents canaux de communication (e-mail, courrier, SMS, téléphone). Le client peut se désinscrire à tout moment, facilement et gratuitement, en suivant les instructions figurant dans le message respectif ou en contactant le Service Client aperochill.ch .
aperochill.ch transmet les données personnelles à des tiers seulement dans la mesure où elles sont indispensables pour la bonne exécution de la commande ou du paiement (par ex. transmission des données à HOP delivery, à une société de recouvrement en cas de non paiement, etc.), pour l’information des clients ou pour la conduite de sondages. Vos informations sont traitées avec la plus grande confidentialité.
4.1 Prix
Les prix indiqués sont en francs suisses (CHF) et incluent généralement la taxe sur la valeur ajoutée. Ce sont des prix fixes. Les prix excluent les coûts de transport.
Le montant minimum pour les produits livrés par aperochill.ch est de CHF 75.- par commande et ne comprend pas les frais de livraison.
Les prix des produits affichés au moment où le client passe sa commande font foi.
Les frais de livraison varient en fonction de la distance de la livraison.
aperochill.ch se réserve le droit de limiter les quantités d’achats de certains produits.
Comme tout produit frai qui se respecte peut-être en rupture de stock. Merci de votre compréhension.
Si un produit n’est pas disponible, vous serez informé par e-mail, mais il ne sera pas facturé ni envoyé ultérieurement.
Le contrat entre en vigueur quand le client a passé sa commande et quand cette commande a été acceptée par voie électronique par aperochill.ch. Le client ne peut compléter ou annuler une commande que jusqu’au moment où cette dernière est traitée au centre logistique.
Toute commande est confirmée électroniquement par aperochill.ch.
Lors de payement par facture (envoyé par e-mail) la marchandise ne part qu’après encaissement sur notre compte.
Pour les entreprises référencées à la régie du commerce et solvable, un payement sur facture à 30 jours est possible.
7.1 Méthode de paiement
Payement par cartes de crédits
Pour tous payements par cartes, le client garantit la validité et crédibilité de sa carte.
Aucun rabais de quantité ne peut être accordé en cas de payement par carte de crédits.
Le client a le choix entre le paiement par Visa, Master et American Express ainsi que par virement bancaire.
7.2 Solvabilité du client
aperochill.ch se réserve le droit d’examiner la solvabilité d’un client. De par sa commande, le client donne son accord à un tel examen de solvabilité.
aperochill.ch se réserve le droit d’exiger un paiement d’avance ou une garantie du client avant de livrer la commande.
aperochill.ch peut annuler ou suspendre la commande d’un client si ce dernier est insolvable, si une ou plusieurs de ses factures aperochill.ch restent impayées ou si aperochill.ch a des raisons fondées de penser que le client agit dans une intention frauduleuse.
8 Livraison
La livraison est effectuée par la HOP delivery qui est limitée à Genève. Après la confirmation de la commande par aperochill.ch , les articles commandés sont livrés à l’adresse de livraison indiquée par le client.
8.1 Dommages liés au transport
Les dommages générés par le transport doivent être déclarés dans un délais de 30 minutes après réception de la commande. La demande doit être suivi d’une photo de la marchandise endommagée.
Si le responsable du dommage cause est Apéro Chill si il s’agit d’un mauvais conditionnement (boite mal fermé ou casse, sac kraft qui se rompt car pas assez solide etc ). Dans les autres cas le responsable est le livreur mandaté .
La livraison se fait du mardi au samedi de 11h30 à 14h00 et de 16h30 à 22h00.
Pas de livraison le dimanche, le lundi et les jours fériés nationaux et cantonaux.
La présence du client lors de la livraison est fortement recommandée pour que la marchandise soit délivrée dans des conditions optimales.
aperochill.ch garantit le respect de la bonne conservation des produits jusqu’à la livraison au domicile du client. Dès que les produits sont livrés, la responsabilité de leur contenu incombe exclusivement au client.
Si le client n’est pas présent lors de la livraison et sans indications contraires de sa part, les produits sont déposés devant la porte.
Les courses peuvent également être livrées chez un(e) voisin(e) habitant le même immeuble, si le client indique l’adresse et le téléphone du voisin lors de sa commande.
aperochill.ch s’engage à respecter la conservation des produits jusqu’à la livraison de la marchandise à l’adresse du client. A partir de ce moment, la responsabilité incombe au seul client, indépendamment de sa présence, ou de son absence, lors de la livraison.
Le client devient responsable pour les produits une fois livrés même si ces derniers sont déposés devant sa porte ou chez un voisin en son absence.
Les réclamations sur la qualité de la livraison sont acceptées dans un délai de 12h après réception de la marchandise.
Si le client commande des produits par erreur, ils ne sont ni repris ni remboursés par aperochill.ch.
Adresse postale du client
Les livraisons sont uniquement envoyées aux adresses postales valables à Genève. Les livraisons ne peuvent être expédiées à des cases postales. La facturation à des cases postales ne sera pas acceptée.
Réserve de propriété
Les marchandises restent la propriété de aperochill.ch jusqu’au paiement intégral du prix d’achat.
Dommages liés au stockage
aperochill.ch décline toute responsabilité pour les dommages dus à un stockage trop long des produits (par exemple dans la boîte à lettre).
Politique de retour et de remboursement
La qualité des produits est vérifiée avant la livraison. Toutefois, si les produits livrés sont endommagés, détériorés ou contaminés de quelque manière que ce soit, nous vous présentons nos excuses. En outre, nous vous demandons de nous contacter dans les 2 jours suivant la réception du colis. Vous pouvez nous contacter par e-mail à info@aperochill.ch . aperochill.ch organizes the home delivery of quality products, it is executed by HOP delivery. The satisfaction of our customers is our first priority and we want to provide you with an impeccable service.
aperochill.ch believes that the information given on the products (e.g. product description, weight) is correct.
As with any food product, the consumer is asked to check for possible contraindications before taking it (e.g. in case of allergies).
By registering on the aperochill.ch website, the customer tacitly agrees to receive information of an advertising or other nature from aperochill.ch, via various communication channels (e-mail, post, SMS, telephone). The customer can unsubscribe at any time, easily and free of charge, by following the instructions in the respective message or by contacting aperochill.ch Customer Service.
aperochill.ch transmits personal data to third parties only insofar as they are indispensable for the proper execution of the order or payment (e.g., transmission of data to HOP delivery, to a collection company in the event of non-payment, etc.), for customer information or for conducting surveys. Your information is treated with the utmost confidentiality.
4.1 Prices
The prices indicated are in Swiss francs (CHF) and generally include value added tax. Those are fixed prices. Prices exclude transportation costs.
The minimum amount for products delivered by aperochill.ch is CHF 75.00 per order and does not include delivery costs.
The prices of the products displayed at the time the customer places the order are binding.
Delivery charges vary depending on the distance of the delivery.
aperochill.ch reserves the right to limit the purchase quantities of certain products.
Like any self-respecting fresh product, it may be out of stock. Thank you for your understanding.
If a product is not available, you will be informed by e-mail, but it will not be invoiced or sent later.
The contract comes into force when the customer has placed his order and when this order has been accepted electronically by aperochill.ch. The customer can only complete or cancel an order until it is processed at the logistics center.
All orders are confirmed electronically by aperochill.ch.
In case of payment by invoice (sent by e-mail) the goods will only be dispatched after collection on our account.
For companies that are listed in the commercial register and are solvent, payment by invoice within 30 days is possible.
7.1 Payment method
Payment by credit cards
For all payments by card, the customer guarantees the validity and credibility of his card.
No quantity discount can be granted in case of payment by credit card.
The customer has the choice between payment by Visa, Master and American Express as well as by bank transfer.
7.2 Solvency of the client
aperochill.ch reserves the right to examine the creditworthiness of a customer. By ordering, the customer agrees to such a credit check.
aperochill.ch reserves the right to demand an advance payment or a guarantee from the customer before delivering the order.
aperochill.ch can cancel or suspend a customer’s order if the customer is insolvent, if one or more aperochill.ch invoices remain unpaid or if aperochill.ch has good reason to believe that the customer is acting with fraudulent intent.
8 Delivery
The delivery is made by HOP delivery which is limited to Geneva. After confirmation of the order by aperochill.ch, the ordered articles are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the customer.
8.1 Transport damage
Transportation damage must be reported within 30 minutes of receipt of the order. The request must be followed by a photo of the damaged goods.
If the damage is caused by Apéro Chill if it is a bad packaging (box badly closed or broken, kraft bag that breaks because not strong enough etc.). In other cases, the responsible person is the delivery agent.
Delivery is made from Tuesday to Saturday from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
No delivery on Sundays, Mondays and national and cantonal holidays.
The presence of the customer at the time of the delivery is strongly recommended so that the goods are delivered in optimal conditions.
aperochill.ch guarantees the respect of the good conservation of the products until the delivery in the residence of the customer. As soon as the products are delivered, the responsibility for their content lies exclusively with the customer.
If the customer is not present at the time of delivery and without indications to the contrary on his part, the products are deposited in front of the door.
Groceries can also be delivered to a neighbor living in the same building, if the customer provides the neighbor’s address and phone number when ordering.
aperochill.ch is committed to respect the conservation of the products until the delivery of the goods to the address of the customer. From that moment on, the responsibility lies solely with the customer, regardless of his presence, or absence, at the time of delivery.
The customer becomes responsible for the products once delivered even if they are left in front of his door or at a neighbor’s in his absence.
Complaints about the quality of the delivery are accepted within 12 hours after receipt of the goods.
If the customer orders products by mistake, they will not be returned or refunded by aperochill.ch.
Customer’s mailing address
Deliveries are only sent to valid postal addresses in Geneva. Deliveries cannot be sent to post office boxes. Billing to post office boxes will not be accepted.
Reservation of ownership
The goods remain the property of aperochill.ch until full payment of the purchase price.
Damage due to storage
aperochill.ch declines all responsibility for damage due to excessive storage of products (e.g. in the mailbox).
Return and refund policy
The quality of the products is checked before delivery. However, if the products delivered are damaged, deteriorated or contaminated in any way, we apologize. In addition, we ask that you contact us within 2 days of receiving the package. You can contact us by e-mail at info@aperochill.ch. For any error for which we are responsible, we commit ourselves to send you free replacement products as soon as possible.
